WISE Credit Score

Overview

The WISE Score evaluates reputation in Web3. It converts user activity—financial, social, and behavioral—into a single, verifiable score that reflects impact and value created across ecosystems.

Purpose

Reputation in decentralized systems is scattered across chains and platforms. The WISE Score establishes a shared standard that lets users prove credibility and projects recognize genuine contributors. It bridges data silos and turns fragmented activity into actionable insight.

Without such an evaluation system, Web3 projects face difficulties in understanding their communities and making informed decisions about resource allocation and user incentives.

Core Dimensions

  • Wealth (W): Measures on-chain assets, staking, and liquidity activity.

  • Identity (I): Verifies connected wallets, social profiles, and credentials through the Incentive Passport.

  • Social (S): Captures community reach and verified influence across networks.

  • Engagement (E): Tracks verifiable participation—claims, votes, and other on-chain actions.

Wealth (W)

Wealth Score captures the user’s economic activity within the Web3 ecosystem, measuring:

  • On-chain crypto holdings (both in wallets and staked assets).

The wealth score uses a logarithmic scaling system, taking into account the total asset value in USD. Users with assets spread across multiple blockchains earn additional points, acknowledging their broader participation in the Web3 ecosystem.

Identity (I)

Identity Score reflects the verification of a user’s digital identity and its reach across Web3:

Crypto addresses linked to the user’s Incentive Passport.

  • Social networks and platforms (e.g., X, Telegram, Discord) connected to their identity.

  • Completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification through trusted third-party services.

A higher identity score is achieved by linking multiple verified identities, enhancing the user's credibility across different Web3 platforms.

Social (S)

Social Score measures a user’s influence within Web3 communities, based on their activity and reach across social platforms:

  • Followers on X, subscribers in Telegram channels and groups, and members of Discord servers where the user holds administrative roles.

  • The score is based on a logarithmic scaling system that accounts for the total reach and engagement across these platforms.

A larger, more engaged audience leads to a higher social impact score, showcasing a user’s influence in decentralized networks.

Engagement (E)

Engagement Score reflects a user’s active participation in the Web3 space, including:

  • Claimed SBTs via TBook

  • Verified credentials on TBook.

  • On-chain footprints like staking, minting, and liquidity providing activities.

The engagement score is updated regularly to reflect changes in the user’s financial status, digital presence, social influence, and blockchain activities. This ensures that the WISE Credit Score stays current and relevant.

Why It Matters

The WISE Credit Score gives Web3 projects a data-backed way to reward real participants, filter out bots, and direct incentives efficiently. For users, it creates an interoperable, verifiable reputation they control.

By evaluating financial activity, verified identity, social influence, and on-chain behavior, the WISE Credit Score gives a complete and accurate picture of a user’s value to the ecosystem. As a result, it helps:

  • Projects seeking to assess the trustworthiness of users and identify core contributors.

  • Public blockchains that need a transparent, fair way to allocate rewards and incentives.

  • DeFi protocols aiming to prevent Sybil attacks and maintain the integrity of their governance and incentive systems.

The same technology also powers how TBook allocates and automates capital flows. By tying payouts and rewards to verified contributions and credentials, WISE ensures that value moves to those who create it.
